In the now, ouside time, we already are everything and nothing can be added to us to make us more happy. Trying to make yourself better is based on seeing yourself lacking. This is not an actual problem, it's just misperception of self, identification with (false) ideas.

Being love and stillness seems to be the bravest thing if you have identified with fear for ages. It requires you drop all defences and fully trust you are love and can't be harmed. If you do not identify with fear, you do not need to defend it.

Pain, fear and "background anxiety" are there only to protect us from the stillness and emptiness beneath. They (idea of fear etc.) are with us because we want them. We made everything we experience. We are wrong about ouselves, though. We are not fear. We are love and that stillness beneath is not death for us, it's our home, where we are unconditional love. It's a death only of the ideas we identify with.

You must understand ,you will lose alot of people around you when you reach 18 yrs because from this age on you are no longer the kid that love playing always. you will focus on career and future more often and alot of people around you may not align with this type of focus and leave you. And you need to be comfortable with it, You will feel lonely. Coming from someone who had alot of friend and now have no one to talk to.

Growing pains won’t break you. But staying idle for too long will. Don’t give up. Keep fighting.

It’s not much of a lesson, but I think everyone should just listen, and chill sometime. Everything doesn’t need action, or an answer, but just our presence and patience.
