# ThinJen - Penpal Chat

## What is Penpal Chat?

Penpal Chat is the paid channel on Hotly - a tip jar that writes back. Supporters subscribe to become the creator's penpal: they send a note, and the creator replies on one fixed day each week. There's no real-time chat to manage and no daily grind - just a standing weekly conversation. Subscribers can cancel anytime.
