I'm not going to hate myself any longer. I'm going to get out there and be the awesome person I am! We all need to be nicer to ourselves and stop worrying, so much psychological suffering is caused by worrying about things that don't really matter.

Summers off to a good start.. Although I am feeling a hint of sadness over Bonnie Tyler's departure... still all is not lost, because she she gave herself away through her music which gave texture, color, and context to our lives....the way she sang her songs and told her stories opened my heart wider, made me wiser, and taught me how to be a warmer, more compassionate person...

Good for you keep it up 🍀🤍
